  • Post-secondary education or above
  • At least 1-2 years relevant experiences in customer service
  • Experience in medical services / hospitality field would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer services orientation
  • Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good computer skills
  • Shift duty is required
