Customer Service Representative

GAMMON SECURITY & TECHNOLOGY LTD.

Responsibilities: 

  • To support Installation & Maintenance Department in administration work,
    eg, preparing quotations, service contract management, data input, etc.
  • Co-ordinate routine preventive maintenance orders in regular basis.
  • Ensure documentation and drawings accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Attend case promptly and resolve issue efficiently.
  • Develop technical knowledge.
  • Minimize cost for service delivery.
  • Knowledge development such as CCTV, Alarm & Access Control.
  • Report to service department manager.

 

Requirement: 

  • HKCEE / DSE with English passed or above in any discipline;
  • 2 years relevant experience is preferable
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication skills, problem solving skills
  • Hard working and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Outgoing personality, ability to listen, and positive spirit
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit (Cat D) is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
