 Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all inbound enquires (call, e-mail or Internet and direct inquires to appropriate department or person)
  • Other duties as assigned/required

Requirements/Skills:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in customer service/telesales/inside sales role
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
  • Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
