- Provide professional customer service to both local and overseas customers via phone and email
- Perform order processing at front counter.
- Promote and cross-sell company products/services.
- Support marketing activities including events, exhibitions, promotional campaigns.
- Assist in ad hoc projects when assigned.
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Minimum 3 years working experience at a customer service position, preferably in account servicing field.
- Experience in retail industry or call center is an advantage
- Good telephone manner and communication.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Outgoing personality with good presentation skills
- Responsible, flexible, self-motivated, mature, good team player and willing to learn.
