  • Handle customers' enquiries via telephone and emails in a timely and professional manner;
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide service support to both technical teams and project teams;
  • Assist in preparation of statistical information and data for reports; and
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor as required. 


  • Diploma holder with 1-2 years experience in customer services;
  • Cheerful, pleasant, polite, patient and able to work independently;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred; and
  • Shift duty is required.
