Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
Handle phone / fax / email enquiries from clients
Prepare reports to Management
Order placing and provide after sale service of pharmaceutical products to clients
Diploma or equivalent
1‐2 years’ customer service experience, related to pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred
Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
Good team player, strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills/ telephone manner
