Customer Service Representative

  • Perform telemarketing and maintain good customer service
  • Communicate up-to-date information to prespective customers on online package entitlement
  • Promote - Small Orders and assist in DIY usage
  • Provide on-site support on promotion of online service to local and overseas exhibitors during HKTDC trade fairs 


  • Form 5 or above
  • Preferably with past experience in customer service/telemarketing/telesales
  • Good telephone manner
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC knowledge (Excel in particular) and internet experience
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and result driven personality
  • Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English and Mandarin
  • Willing to work overtime and at exhibitions over weekends and public holidays

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
