Customer Service Representative

- Requirements
Work experience in related field is preferred
Ability to work under pressure
Communicate in English and fluent in Putonghua is a MUST
Customer oriented with a pleasant and outgoing character
Good communication, interpersonal and sales-oriented presentation skill
Able to work independently and in a team
Computer literacy such as MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Be ready to work shifts, occasionally on weekends and Public holidays
Immediately available is an advantage

Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Open customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors
