Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10am - 8pm), Sat-Sun (10am - 6pm), including public holidays (5 day shifts, average 47.5 hours per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for providing customer service, handling clients inquiries and order booking through emails and phone calls
  • Conduct routine inspection of the premises and conduct tours for clients as required
  • Ensure a professional and quality service is provided to our clients according to our standards and procedures
  • Assist with sales and marketing activities as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of strong customer service (face to face/telephone) and/or reception experience; 
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Customer-focus with good telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient PC knowledge and skills
