Job Descriptions:

  • To provide customer service supports to Chinese customers via emails, phone and social media
  • To liaise with Operation team and IT team on customer inquiries and related issues
  • To assist and follow up the delivery status for customers
  • To follow up the daily on-line orders
  • To perform ad hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service working experience
  • Proficiency of computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available preferred.
