Responsibilities

To be responsible to maintain the company’s CRM system and all customer service related activities. Support the sales manager to ensure the company’s sales budget & objectives for the region/customer is met. The main goal is to improve customer satisfaction through a value-added purchasing experience; as part of the team to develop the ZEISS brand in Hong Kong.

Customer Service

  • Answering customer enquiries;
  • Taking orders and entering orders onto ERP system;
  • Handle complaints;

Requirements:

  • School Certificate or above
  • 2 years working experience in customer service is preferred
  • Industry or related product experience is preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office and ERP system is required
  • Good Command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Willing to learn and work on shift (9am to 6pm or 11am to 8pm)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
     

We offer attractive remuneration package and benefits with 15 months salary including 5-day work.
