  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and technical support via phone, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide professional customer services
  • Provide clerical support and reports
  • Maintain good relationship with painters
  • Support marketing team for planning marketing campaign
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer problems
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above
  • Prior experience in customer service and administration is a plus
  • Flexible, willing to learn and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Polite, Pleasant, responsible, self-motivated, customer-oriented and positive attitude
  • Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good PC skills
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
