Customer Service Representative



  • Provide professional advices and solutions to the client for developing their businesses;
  • Reply enquiries though email / telephone/meeting;
  • Prepare the related agreement and company document.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing related discipline;
  • Working experience in sales and customer service is an advantage;
  • Good problem solving and communication skills;
  • Mature, good interpersonal skills and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently;
  • Familiar with MS Office;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Immediately available is preferred.
