• Provide professional service in handling inbound calls from local & overseas clients
• Handle client’s enquiries and complaints regarding following up service request in professional and timely manner
• Perform installation of MS office
• F.7 or above
• 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in call centre and IT services environment.
• Customer service oriented, good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong computer skills and having technical background will be an advantage
