Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premium and professional futures brokerage services to high-net-worth and institutional clients
  • Contact leads from marketing activities and do proper follow up
  • Guide the customer during onborading process and perform customer due diligence
  • Collect, analyze and deliver market intelligence to clients and leads
  • Assist and advise commerical clients on hedging and delivery
  • Support and monitor customers’ daily trade operations
  • Address, coordinate and solve customer enquiry and issue on various aspect
  • Maintain cohesive relationship with customer
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and assist in social media management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with strong understanding in finance market
  • SFC Type 2 license holder is highly preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills, able o work effectively and independently
  • Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Self-motivated, and possess strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
