Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate with related parties (customers / warehouse / operations team) to ensure the project deliverable meet requirements and deadlines
  • Participate in project coordination, system implementation and deployment arrangement
  • Liaise with clients to make sure the proper SOP set up to meet customers’ expectations
  • Assist / Engage in ad-hoc / new projects / new work related processe s


  • University graduate with 1 year experience in customer service filed ( e-commerce / logistics industry is preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoke n
  • A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
