Customer Service Representative
Job MatcherJob Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the test plan & prices with customers
- Coordinate, monitor and control the test project activities during the agreed lead time
- Ensure the correctness test report, certificates, invoices, and ensure these documents will be delivered to customers within agreed lead time
- Maintain business relationship with customers, proactive report project progress and develop business by providing testing and / or inspection services according to product line business scope
- Assist Supervisor / Project Manager to handle customer related duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Chemistry / Physics / Material Science / Product testing
- 3-5 years of working experience in commercial testing field of Chemical / Toys / Hardgoods / Food contact articles
- Independent, responsible and can work under pressure
- Possess professional customer-handling techniques
- Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people
- Must possess a patient, pleasant personality
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Representative
Working Location : Yuen Long (5 mins walk from Long Ping station)
