Job Duties:
1. 負責接聽海外分行信用卡客服熱線,高效、高質處理客戶諮詢;
2. 協調各方處理客戶和海外分行的查詢及解決跟進客戶個案;
3. 通過團隊合作,高度投入工作,實現高水準的客戶服務滿意度;
4. 部門主管安排的其他工作;
1.Handle overseas customer requests/enquiries via Hotline with high efficiency and quality;
2.Take to prime role to handle customers' and overseas offices' enquiries and follow up cases;
3.Devote the best effort to attain high level of customer satisfaction via teamwork;
4.Any other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
1. 中五或以上程度學歷;
2. 具有銀行/金融行業工作經驗優先,具有銀行電話中心經驗優先;
3. 有良好的溝通技巧,良好的粵語、普通話、英語表達能力,能夠用英文口語同客戶溝通;
4. 每週工作5天,願意輪班工作(每月有數天需要返通宵班),無須銷售。
1. Form 5 or above;
2. Experience in banking/finance industry is an advantage; Experience in call centre is an advantage;
3. Strong communication skills in Cantonese,Mandarin and English, able to communicate with customers in English;
4. Five-day work,willing to perform shitf duty(Only serval days of overnight shift is required per month).No need to sales.;
