CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Job description:
To handle customers’ enquiries and/or complaints through hotline, email, wechat and other online channels
Responsibilities:
- Provide services and resolutions to meet customers’ needs.
- To maintain and develop good relationships with customers
- To explain company products with professional presentation
- To assist with ad hoc assignments
Qualifications:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience
- Knowledge in typing and written of Chinese
- Fluent in speaking Cantonese and Mandarin, fairly in English
- Sales Rep experiences is an advantage
- Experiences in Banking/Financial industries is preferrable
- Good command of computer skills
Remuneration package:
- 5 days work week (Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm)
- 7 days paid annual leave
- Basic salary $14,000+ plus monthly performance bonus
- Bank holidays
- Excellent performances will promote to CS Supervisor and to be a team leader
