CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Job description:

To handle customers’ enquiries and/or complaints through hotline, email, wechat and other online channels

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services and resolutions to meet customers’ needs.
  • To maintain and develop good relationships with customers
  • To explain company products with professional presentation
  • To assist with ad hoc assignments

Qualifications:

  1. F.5 or above
  2. 1 year working experience
  3. Knowledge in typing and written of Chinese
  4. Fluent in speaking Cantonese and Mandarin, fairly in English
  5. Sales Rep experiences is an advantage
  6. Experiences in Banking/Financial industries is preferrable
  7. Good command of computer skills

Remuneration package:

  • 5 days work week (Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm)
  • 7 days paid annual leave
  • Basic salary $14,000+ plus monthly performance bonus
  • Bank holidays
  • Excellent performances will promote to CS Supervisor and to be a team leader

  • 5天工作(星期一至五, 10am-7pm, 銀行假期)
  • 7天有薪年假
  • 底薪$14,000+ 及每月業績獎金提成
  • 公司每月提供固定數量客戶跟進
