This position is responsible for the operation of all physical planning of the cargo movement FCL to the terminal, LCL receiving in CFS and the consolidation arrangement.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Follow up routing order
  • Provide quality customer service; handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Liaise with shipper / vendor / overseas offices for all daily operations process
  • Meet customers' KPI and provide feasible solutions
  • Prepare sailing schedule on time

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Form 5/ HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in oceanfreight forwarding company
  • Good command of Cantonese and English, Putunghua is a plus
  • Proficient in MS office and Transportation Management System
  • Familiar with I/E documents, operation and consolidation
  • Customer oriented, good communication and problem solving skills
  • A good team player and willing to learn
  • Work location: Tsing Yi
