Our client, an global insurance group is hiring customer service and retention officer to support in their call centre service team and telemarketing team. Interested parties who are experienced in either Call centre or Telemarketing or from Insurance market are welcome to apply.

Job nature:

  • To communicate and handle service enquiries from customers.
  • To contact customers for contract renewal purpose.
  • To achieve department service standards
  • Training in related to product knowledge will be provided.
  • Basic salary for non sales driven positions. (15 - 20k)


Requirement:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in call centre or customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills on phone manner
  • Excellent in soft skills and rapid in response.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English, Cantonese.
  • With IIQE 1,2, will have added advantages, but not necessary.
