My client is an international insurance business in Hong Kong. Due to expansions within their operations, they are actively seeking customer service talents with main responsibilities and requirements as below:

The Role:

  • Provide quality and professional customer service via hotline, voice mail, email enquiries and online platform
  • Handle incoming enquiries for life & medical products, and complaints from brokers and direct clients
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties in order to settle customers' enquires/complaints
  • Provide coaching to new joiners and offer advice to new and existing staff on case handling through regular case sharing
  • Support ad hoc job duties related to customer service, as required

Requirements:

  • Form 7 / DSE or above
  • At least 4 years working experience in customer service or call centre in insurance industry
  • Experience in handling customer service enquiries in life & medical products 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills in Word and Excel applications
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Note: Less experienced candidates will be considered for Executive
