About the company

More than 11,000 employees are led by 1,400 doctors and 200 security specialists. Teams work night and day to protect their members. They are now seeking a mature individual to join them as Customer Service Specialist in the Hong Kong Assistance Centre.


Attending to the phone enquiries and coordinating the logistics requirement with hospital, road ambulance and aviation providers. Daily interaction with professionals around the world, both medical and security.

Why you?

  • Expected 2-3 years experience in a customer service environment and/or hospitality industry will be an advantage
  • Bilingual with a high proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Patience, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast paced energetic environment.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).


  • 4-day work per week. Working shifts with 42.5hr/week
