Job Description
-       Deliver efficient and quality service to customers
-       Act as major contact point with customers support functions to ensure smooth account operations
-       Respond to enquiries on account or operational matters
-       Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance tasks


Skills & Requirements
- Diligent, Able to multi-task, Teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Passion for Continuous Learning, able to work under pressure
- Innovative Thinking and Problem Solving
- Candidates with basic IT knowledge (e.g. Excel) is preferred
