Job Description:

  • To handle international customers’ inquiries and service request through emails live chat, and phone calls
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, transfer to relevant departments
  • Other duties assigned by manager

 Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above holder
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Professional fluency in English and other languages
  • Must be available to work in shifts (Morning, afternoon, night, overnight)
  • Shift allowance is provided
