Customer Service Specialist ( Pharma MNC)

Essential Duties

  •  Answering telephone calls by doctors and healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals
  • Plan call schedules to cover assigned practitioners or hospitals with efficient time allocation
  • Provide support for the sales and marketing team
  • Collect and report market intelligence on any activities and information about competitive products
  • Manage distributor for order delivery
  • Monitor delivery schedule on a regular basis for key accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum Form 5 graduate, perferably in Science education
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in tele-sales / order administration perferably in pharmaceutical industry
  • Able to work indepedently and have good communication skill
  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
