You will learn…

  • To provide remote and on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
  • To install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
  • To perform server administration including active directory, user account/email account set up and group modifications
  • To maintain LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless connections
  • To analyse computer / IT problems reported and recommend corrective, preventive and improvement measures
