Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints by telephone and e-mail
  • Liaise with overseas branches
  • Provide customer services to clients in China, Hong Kong and Macau
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Completion of Form 6 and DSE
  • Fluent in spoken Putonghua and Cantonese, preferably English also
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing
  • Customer-oriented
  • Patient, pleasant, responsible, positive working attitude 

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri 10:00-19:00 or 12:00-21:00 on two shifts; Sat 10:00-17:00; Five-day work week.
