Job description and Responsibilities:


【What You Will Do:】

  • Provide daily administration/sales administration activities (e.g. customer enquiries, presales quotation, proposal and contract) in Customer Service operations.
  • Coordinate sales events and system maintenance (e.g. account creation maintenance, pricing set up).
  • Streamline/suggest better ways to improve efficiency and accuracy to existing operation flow.


Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma acceptable
  • At least 2 years of B2B / related experience in MNC
  • Able to work in a face-paced environment, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, a good team player with positive working attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication, pleasant good phone manner.
