Customer Service Specialist

OBI Group Sourcing Hong Kong Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaint, monitoring of sales order and shipment issue. Communicate any problems/changes encountered with customers in a timely basis
  • Work closely with internal departments and overseas customer for sales orders issue
  • Handle customer’s sample arrangement
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor

     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years solid working experience in sales orders processing, orders follow up and customer services in buying offices or trading firms ,European market preferred
  • Good communication & time-management skills are required;
  • Customer oriented with sense of urgency, initiative, strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve customers requirements;
  • Patient, willing to learn and with a pleasant personality
