Job Responsibilities:

  • To supervise a team of customer service staff and provide on-the-job training & coaching to them
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from shoppers / tourists in a professional manner
  • To plan and administer daily manpower arrangement
  • To perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Shift duty from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. is required


  • Degree holder / tertiary education preferably in Hospitality / Travel / Business-related disciplines
  • Passionate in retail and hospitality work
  • Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible and positive
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality of which at least 2 years in supervisory role
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua


Successful candidates will be provided with a tailor-made induction course to get familiar with our shopping mall and to acquire necessary customer service skills.  On-going classroom and on-the-job trainings will be provided where appropriate for a successful long-term career development within the Company.
