Customer Service Supervisor/ Officer

Parkway HealthCare (Hong Kong) Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries and central booking in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle network provider hotline and pre-approval procedures
  • Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues
  • Prepare statistical reports as required
  • Assist in other third party administration tasks as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 year working experience in customer service industry, preferably in healthcare or medical insurance sectors
  • Strong customer service mindset and skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong sense of team spirit and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor
