Customer Service Supervisor / Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate shipments with various departments / parties.
  • Follow up shipments with overseas agents.
  • Update new working procedures to both internal and external parties.
  • Handle shipments ex HK and SPRC and related documentary matters.
  • Prepare periodical reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • F.5 / F.7 / Post-secondary (Sub-degree course) / DSE, preferable in Shipping and Logistics related field.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping and Logistic industry. (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Representative.)
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
  • Good written and reading Chinese and English.
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua for communication.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-minded and customer-oriented, professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
