GOGOVAN is actively recruiting Customer Service talents who will be providing quality logistics arrangement services through accurate and efficient phone transactions. The successful applicant will work in a team based culture, energetic and dynamic work environment.

Focus on B2B aspects

Responsibilities:

  • Provide account customer service and meet service goal
  • Answering telephone hotline in professional manner in order to respond users'/ drivers' requirements
  • Handle customer service inquiries, reservations and complaints
  • Work with internal departments to seek possible solution for customers
  • Ensure a smooth running of the process with customers
  • Organize and manage daily operations of the centre

Requirements

  • Excellent work ethics, communication and problem solving skills
  • Eager to learn, with strong attention to detail
  • A team player with positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
  • Willing to perform shift duty and 5.5 days (Alternative Sat.)
