Customer Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to the clients (mostly HK listed companies) and follow their instructions throughout the entire workflow
  • Allocate jobs to typesetters and proofreaders
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Proofread documents and handle e-submission
  • Liaise with professional parties during the document handling process
  • Prepare and update daily job reports

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
  • Superior interpersonal skills necessary to manage in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • A minimum of 4 years' proven experience in a similar position
  • Willing to work in 3 shifts
