Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

 

  •    Lead and provide support to the daily operations of the customer service team of more than 10 staffs
  •    Work closely with delivery team, florist team and product team to provide timely and quality services to customers
  •    Ability to comprehend and break down challenges independently
  •    Work closely with internal parties to provide sufficient support to meet business targets and maximize customers satisfaction
  •    Provide guidance and support to facilitate team members in service delivery and   daily operations, resolve complex member enquiries and handle complaints escalated from team members
  •    Perform staff coaching, building good work morale and team spirit
  •    Prepare roster schedule to meet operations needs

 

 

Requirements:

 

  •    5 yrs' solid experience in customer/hotline service with supervisory level
  •    Well-organized, self-initiative, independent, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  •    Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills, positive attitude
  •    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  •    Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  •    Key account experience would be an advantage
  •    Social media knowledge would be an advantage
