Job Description:  

Provide help for all customer needs regarding orders or products.  Will also manage daily product uploads and coordinate with warehouse team.

  •          Communicate and connect with customer 
  •          Generate new leads which converts to new customers
  •          Going the extra mile to engage with customers 
  •          Understanding our products, to provide best solution for customers
  •          Handles complaints from customers through social media / phone calls / emails
  •          Product management for online store and coordination with warehouse


  •          Proven Customer Service Experience
  •          Able to handle large amount of CS issues 
  •          Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  •          Product Knowledge 
  •          Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently 
  •          Familiar with CRM systems
  •          Background in Fashion is a plus  
  •          English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
