Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate daily maintenance orders & assign to field Technicians via system
  • Update order status and related reports
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on orders’ progress follow-up
  • Assist internal field Technicians for trouble-shooting and order support

Requirement:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate
  • Minimum 1-year experience in sales coordination and support
  • Work experience in Telecommunication Industry is highly preferred
  • Able to read & write both English & Chinese
  • Computer Literacy
  • Shift duty is required (will offer shift allowance)
