GOGOVAN is actively recruiting Customer Service leaders talents who will be providing quality logistics arrangement services through accurate and efficient phone transactions. The successful applicant will have to work closely with the Customer Service Manager to help manage the floor and work in a team based culture.

Requirements

  • Prior Customer Service experience is a must
  • Experience working in a Call Center is a big plus
  • Excellent work ethics, communication and problem solving skills
  • High level of patience and ability to view matters in a holistic manner
  • A team player with positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
  • Willing to perform shift duty and 5.5 days
