Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations and ensure service goal met
  • Answering telephone hotline/email in professional manner in order to respond users’ / drivers’ requirements
  • Handle customer service inquiries, reservations and complaints
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and implement feasible improvement measures so to raise service quality
  • Ensure a smooth running of the process with customers
  • Supervising the performance of team member with around 8-10 colleague

Requirements

  • 5 Years Experience in customer service and 1 year or above team leader experience
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Mature, proactive and independent
  • Willing to perform shift duty and 5.5 days
