  • Maintains and updates a variety of distinctive client files
  • Handle and follow up sales orders and customers’ enquiries.
  • Responsible for goods delivery and arrangement.
  • Stock control and account receivable monitoring.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
  • Support ad hoc assignment as required.


  • Diploma holder of Business related disciplines would be first priority.
  • Well organized, with strong business and market sense
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player and self-motivated
  • 1-3 years customer service experiences in electronic industry is preferred, more experiences will be consider as supervisor
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Japanese is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and knowledge in AS400 / SAP is definitely an advantage.
  • Occasionally travel may be required.
  • ISO14001 and ISO9001 management system knowledge preferable;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
