Responsibilities :

  • Follow up customer orders, sorucing and production scheduling
  • Communicate and work closely with customers to achieve their requirements
  • Support & coordiate with factory to perform testing as well as on-time delivery
  • Assists to gather and prepare reports or presentation material assigned
  • Willing to learn and tackle ad-hoc issues when necessary

Requirements :

  • Matriculated or above
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience, preferably in the garment trims industry
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, reliable, well-organised, able to handle multi-tasks within tight schedule and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
