Our client is a Financial Services Company who is looking for a Customer Services/ Administration Officer to join their team


  • Handle customer enquiry with a logic sense and good customer service attitude
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for problem solving
  • Perform regular reporting
  • Assist in administrative work
  • Support marketing activities, events and other tasks assigned


  • Good command in both English and Chinese.
  • Good PC knowledge in Window Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Immediate available is a MUST
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
