Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering handover and customer services for new residential development projects
  • Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works
  • Coordinate with project team for rectification works
  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

  

Job Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Experience with handover of residential properties is preferred, customer-facing skills are an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude, responsible, and result-oriented
  • Good listener
