Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage the overall order processing (i.e. maintain sales orders, follow up shipment and delivery)
  • Issue invoice, prepare and process quotation, contract, sales order and related documents
  • Handle and attend to customers’ orders and enquires
  • Delivery goods/services delivery to customers

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • With 1 year working experience
  • Working experience in customer service / sales process is advantage
  • Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good command in written English & Chinese
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with MS office applications
  • Immediately available is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
