Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • To handle enquires/complaints of customers and visitors at the Concierge counter in the managed property
  • To visit/communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
  • To carry out daily operations of commercial building to deliver premier services to tenants

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years' working experience in customer services is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with hospitality, event management and/or ESG experience would be an definite advantage
  • Pleasant personality and good presentation, customer service oriented
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
