Customer Services Assistant (Consumer Finance)


  • No selling involved
  • At least 1 years of call center experience
  • Work location: Wan Chai


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls as well as to process customers' application
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
  • Understand the needs of customers and provide immediate suggestions
  • Develop and manage customers loyalty through quality service
  • Ensure and protect all customers’ data are safely stored in the system


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service field (banking and finance background preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong customer service skill
  • Independent and willing to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Chinese and good in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in PC Skills and Chinese Word processing is a Must
