Key Responsibilities

  • Answer the general queries via telephone, email and walk-ins at the Centre of Learning and Life Enhancement (CLLE).
  • Handle complaints and comments about the courses, members and centre facilities in professional manner
  • Process member applications, courses enrolment and payments
  • Prepare membership cards, communication letters and emails to members

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Local and Western Cultures
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Customer service oriented and good telephone manner
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Detailed mind, enthusiastic and willing to take initiative to learn
  • Able to work independently under strong teamwork environment
  • 5-day work including Saturdays, immediately available preferred
