Customer Services Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To provide 24-hour customer service by answering incoming phone calls (3 shifts per day)
  • Assist in control room operation and telephone support for onsite staff
  • Provide clerical support to the department including data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • F.7/DSE or above
  • 1 year working experience in customer services or solid control room working experience is highly preferable
  • Good telephone manner with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
