Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to front line staff
  • Provide timely and accurate clerical services including typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, document dispatching, system data inputting and simple statistics compilation and reporting
  • Communicate with customers and other related parties
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required


  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office with fast typing speed
